Groovinyasa on Monument Ave | Covington Imagery
I spent my birthday chilling with the yoga family of Groovinyasa, Ali Bullano’s creation of musically infused yoga. This time we were given an address on historic Monument Avenue and told to bring swim suits and an appetite for a healthy and delicious brunch complete with mimosas! It was a gorgeous day for the practice and the location was incredible. Everyone stretched poolside, next to a beautiful brick mansion. The tunes were provided by The Wells Brothers, a talented duo, that you can also see playing with Jackass Flats.
